Vonachen Services, Inc. has acquired the common stock of DSI Corporation. DSI, headquartered in Streator, Illinois, is a full service commercial cleaning company that was founded by Patrick Gibbons in 1983. Vonachen Services, Inc. is one of the largest independently owned janitorial service companies in the Midwestern United States. The acquisition of DSI enhances the company’s position throughout the state and the existing markets it presently services. Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Vonachen Services, Inc.
We selected Tullius as a result of our previous experience with them and the leadership and assistance they provided as we developed our strategic plan. We were not disappointed with their continuing services and I believe it would have been very difficult if not impossible for us to complete this transaction on our own.
