TMC Services, Inc., based in Livingston, New Jersey, has completed a recapitalization transaction with Cravey, Green and Wahlen, a private equity firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, acquiring a majority interest in TMC. As a result of the transaction, TMC will be merged with Sanitors Services, Inc., another portfolio company of CGW. TMC will continue operations under the same brand and with its existing management team. Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to TMC Services.
