Seattle Operating Support, LLC has been acquired by Wade Tiegs Association Management Services, LLC.  SOS has been providing association management and event planning services since the 1940's.  Under Elly and Jim’s 25-plus years of ownership, their service offerings grew to meet the needs of their associations.  Michelle Wade and Shannon Tiegs bring substaintial industry experience to continue the tradition of excellent client service.  Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Seattle Operating Support.
