Prestige Global Meeting Source has acquired GMI, Inc, a Minneapolis-based meeting management and incentive travel management company with 35 years in the industry. Since 1986, Prestige has been a meeting planners one-source connection to consolidate purchasing through a single qualifed and experienced source. They have developed and created successful and memorable experiences for meetings, conferences, expos and tradeshows. This acquision was a stratgeic move for Prestige as they expand their service offerings to include full-service event management and on-site operation. Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Prestige Global Meeting Source.
