ServiceMaster Services, Inc. (SMS) has been acquired by BNBL, II, Inc. Founded in 1974, SMS is the 10th largest independently owned franchise in the ServiceMaster System. While specialty, medical & industrial cleaning are part of the portfolio of services offered, the company’s historical focus has been providing contract janitorial services to owners and mangers of medium to large sized office buildings.  Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to ServiceMaster Services, Inc.
