Dependable Building Maintenance Company

D Industries, Inc., Seattle, Washington, doing business as Dependable Building Maintenance Company, has been acquired by GCA Services Group, Inc., West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. With Northwest roots dating back to 1946, Dependable was owned at the time of sale by its CEO Ralph Davis and was the largest independently owned building service company in the Pacific Northwest.  Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Dependable Building Maintenance.
