CBM Systems has been acquired by Marsden Holdings, LLC. Servicing the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington metropolitan area, CBM is one of the leading independent building service contracting companies in the region. The company was founded in 1975 by Mark Anderson, who later was joined in ownership by Jim Malkames, to grow the business as a premier provider of janitorial and related services.  Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to CBM Systems, Inc.
