Berkshire Springs, Inc. has been acquired by BSHC Operations, LLC. Founded in 1970 by Dale Bosworth Sr., the companies of Berkshire Mountain Spring Water have been providing premium bottled water products to the Northeastern U.S. for half a century. They are a trusted provider in their region with a long-standing reputation of quality. BSHC Operations is led by veterans of the industry. This acquisition marks their formal entry into the bottled water market. They plan to continue developing and expanding the capacity of Berkshire Springs and furthering its legacy in the industry. Tullius Partners represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Berkshire Mountain Spring Water Distribution Company, Inc.
